Rihanna Goes Super Long In NYC, Readies Her 2nd Fragrance

Rihanna took some drastic measures with her red hair Tuesday in New York.  After Monday night's Met Ball braided up hair and revealing Stella McCartney look she stepped out in, Rih was spotted grabbing some lunch at Phillipe Chow with friends.

Kinda reminds me of the chick from that movie The Ring.  Nevertheless, Rihanna stepped out in an all cream look today while grabbing a bite to eat.  She also tweeted the news to her fns that she's already working on the follow up to her popular Reb'l Fleur fragrance:

I'm already started on fragrance #2 an extension of #RebLFleur Wore the sample lastnight and all the fly girls wanted some #Yummy
